AGREEMENT BETWEEN MEMBER AND ORGANIZATION
This Member Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned individual ("Member") and the Organization.
1. Purpose of Membership
Member agrees to support and participate in the organization's social welfare activities and programs.
2. Responsibilities of Member
- Pay monthly(₹50) membership fees on time
- Participate in at least 2 social activities per year
- Maintain respectful behavior towards all members and staff
- Keep personal information updated in the system
- Not engage in any illegal activities under organization's name
- In return for the ₹50 monthly support amount, members will not receive any maturity benefits. Instead, they will receive support for daughters’ marriages, accidental emergencies, and similar situations.
3. Rights of Member
- Vote in organization elections (after 6 months of membership)
- Access to member-only events and benefits
- Nominate candidates for leadership positions
- Receive regular updates about organization activities
- Use organization facilities as per rules
4. Referral Policy
Members can refer new members using their unique referral code. Referral benefits will be provided as per policy.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration as per organization's dispute resolution mechanism.
6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by laws of India. Jurisdiction lies in local courts.
7. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Member and Organization.
